    Bio

    Joseph D’Cruz is Emeritus Professor of Strategic Management at Rotman, having served the School in various professorial and administrative functions since 1979. He is currently active in Rotman non-degree Executive Education programs where he serves as Academic Director and Professor for several leadership programs in health care, public school leadership and in the private sector. His current interests include blending classroom and on-line for executive education. His research has focused on international competitiveness and the multinational corporation.

    Research and Teaching Interests

    Teaches courses in Strategic Management, Industry Analysis, Country Analysis, Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation, Business Policy, Marketing of Natural Resources and International Business. Performs research in international competitiveness and heathcare strategy.  

    Other Info

    Major current focus on executive education in healthcare and the publically funded school sector. Developed and delivered a number of major programs for these sectors.
