Sanford E DeVoe
Bio
Sanford DeVoe is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at Rotman. He received his BA in Psychology from Swarthmore College and his PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Stanford Graduate School Business. His research is focused on the psychological dimensions of incentives within organizations, including looking at the tradeoffs between time and money and how each is valued. He currently serves on the editorial board of the Academy of Management Journal and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
