Nicolas Inostroza is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Rotman School of Management. His interests center on the role of information in financial settings. Following an information design approach, his research has explored the optimal design of stress tests and banking resolution mechanisms in the context of banking regulation, as well as the design of optimal M&A protocols under asymmetric information.
