Soo Min Toh
Bio
Soo Min Toh is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of Toronto Mississauga, with a cross-appointment to the Organizational Behaviour and HR Management area at Rotman. Soo Min’s research program focuses on understanding knowledge transfer between groups, expatriate management and the workplace experiences immigrant professionals. Her research has been published in premier academic and practitioner journals in the disciplines of management and psychology, such as the Academy of Management Review, the Journal of Applied Psychology, and Psychological Science. She is also on the editorial board of the Journal of World Business.
