    Bio

    Maja Djikic, Ph.D. is a Senior Research Associate and the Director of Self-Development Lab at Rotman School of Management. She is a psychologist specializing in the field of personality development. She has been a post-doctoral fellow with Desautels Centre for Integrative Thinking (Rotman School of Management) and Psychology Department at Harvard University. She has published more than 20 articles and book chapters in the area of personality development. Her research has been published in Journal of Research in Personality, Psychological Science, Creativity Research Journal, New Ideas in Psychology, Journal of Adult Development, and many others.
