Bio

Tina Saksida received her H.B.Sc. from the University of Toronto and is now a PhD Candidate at the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources. Her research interests include individual-, task-, and context-related factors influencing voluntary behaviours, strategic human resource management (HRM), and the impact of employment protection legislation on employer HRM practices. She has previously taught Organizational Behaviour in the Rotman Commerce program and a research methods course (Employment Relations Research and Human Resource Analytics) in the Employment Relations program at Woodsworth College.
