SYNOPSIS: The theme of the Spring 2019 issue of Rotman Management Magazine is “The Art of Change”. Wherever human behaviour is involved, there are opportunities for behavioural insights to influence outcomes. In the issue we look at some of the key areas that demand behaviour change, the opportunities it presents and some of the tools and mindsets required to achieve it. Our four speakers each have an article or interview in the issue.
