Rich Fernandez comes to the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) from Google, where he was the Senior People Development Lead focusing on the content, tools and programs that support the learning, leadership development and overall well-being of Google employees. Rich previously led the executive development function at Google. Before joining Google, Rich was the head of learning and organization development at eBay.
