Bio

As the founder of TalentEgg, Lauren Friese spent over 8 years at the intersection of millennials and the employers that hire them. Through that experience she has gained deep knowledge and expertise on what it takes to effectively recruit, lead, and retain this generation – currently the youngest in the workplace but making up more than 40% of the Canadian workforce – and how to effectively manage a multi-generational workforce. She has learnt her expertise to hundreds of companies and conferences, including most recently the Canada Revenue Agency and Deloitte.
