Fiona Houslip

Facilitator and Coach

Bio

A business psychologist with degrees in Economics and Psychology, Fiona has combined her lifelong passion for understanding human behaviour with 20 years experience working with corporations to deliver commercially valuable insights. Thanks to her work as a psychologist she is skilled at creating rapport and building an atmosphere where clients feel sufficiently safe to make the quantum leaps needed to drive the real behavioural change that affects their performance and the bottom line. Equally comfortable working one-on one or designing and running workshops, Fiona works with clients from board level down across a wide range of businesses. She was also the coaching psychologist in the last series of Family Contract on BBC 2.

Fiona’s knowledge of experimental psychosocial, cognitive and psychodynamic models combined with her commercial background–11 years spent in London’s top 20 advertising agencies (Bates-Dorland, WCRS, KHBB)–make her uniquely qualified to deliver inspirational coaching, change management and development programs.
