Kai Xing
Bio
Kai is responsible for managing and advancing all China-and-Chinese related strategy, business development, programming initiatives, and external relations at the Rotman School.
Kai was born and raised in Beijing and acquired her post-secondary education in China and Canada. Over the past two and half decades, Kai has served at and consulted for various organizations leading complex Sino-Canadian initiatives. These organizations include AGF Funds, Bell Mobility, Canada China Business Council, General Motors Canada, Royal Ontario Museum, York University, University of Toronto, to name a few. Kai leverages her business and political acumen, cross-cultural and interpersonal empathy, entrepreneurship, strategic thinking and creativity to effectively communicate with Chinese and non-Chinese counterparts, form high-impact individual relationships and business partnerships, and generate meaningful business opportunities and solid outcomes.
