Accounting Faculty

Rotman’s accounting area has a strong group of accomplished researchers and educators. They conduct cutting edge research in financial and managerial accounting, auditing, taxation, and related fields in financial economics. They are ranked among the best-published in the world and present their research findings in seminars and conferences around the world.

Seminars

The Certified Management Accountants (CMA), the body that grants professional designations in management accounting and regulates its members under the authorization of provincial legislation, sponsors a series of seminars in junction with Rotman faculty organizers, Baohua Xin and Scott Liao. The area also manages an annual Accounting Research Conference.
