In 2002, the University Health Network established a partnership with the Rotman School of Management for a leadership program for its clinical and non-clinical leaders (manager and director level) and physicians who have taken on managerial responsibilities. The program also invites applications from other healthcare organizations in order to share best practices and build relationships within the healthcare community.
Designed as a collaborative interprofessional learning experience, the program encourages leaders to learn with and from colleagues and peers from a variety of management and leadership roles as well as other hospitals and healthcare organizations.
Participants who complete the program will receive a certificate from the Rotman School of Management and the University Health Network.
