Vision

The Rotman School develops and trains problem solvers to the world. Solving real problems requires managers to think across the functional silos that are ingrained into the curricula of most business schools. We call this Integrative Thinking – our platform for developing trans-disciplinary problem solvers.

Curriculum

The Full-Time MBA takes 20 months to complete. It begins with a first year core that introduces the basic toolkit of Integrative Thinking as a business problem solving discipline. In your second-year, you may choose to specialize in a particular discipline to guide you toward a specific career path.

MBA Majors

At Rotman you may specialize by choosing to focus on a major or enhance your generalist perspective by taking courses from different academic disciplines. While renowned for our strengths in Strategy and Finance, the Rotman School has strengths in a number of functional areas, reflected in the choice of MBA majors.
