Key Dates / MBA Recruitment at Rotman
Register as an employer
Register an employer account on our Rotman MBA Career Portal, the internal job board for Rotman students, to post, view, and edit jobs, and browse student resumes.
New Employers: Register an employer account on the Rotman MBA Career Portal.
Upon approval, you may log in to your account and post a job. Job posting approval usually takes 1 business day
Post a job
If you have a job opening for full-time, internships, alumni or contract, you will be able to post opportunities via the Rotman MBA Career Portal. New employers can create an account through the portal website then view submitted applications and access resume books once the position has closed. There is no cost to registering, posting, or recruiting from any of our programs.
Returning employers may use the same log-in and repost any of the previous cycle’s submissions.

Immediate candidate search
Have an immediate need to fill a particular vacancy? Contact the Career Centre to connect with a relationship manager who will help you identify qualified candidates based on your criteria. We can put together a Résumé Book according to your needs and email it to you as a .PDF file
Hire an Intern or Co-op Student
The Flexible Internship Program (FIP) is a government-recognized cooperative education program. Employers in Ontario who hire students through FIP may be eligible for the co-op tax credit of up to $3000.
Employers may hire students for internships or co-op positions year-round during any of the following work terms: Summer (May – August), Fall (September – December), or Winter/Spring (January – April).

Online résumé search
Please email MBAcareers@rotman.utoronto.ca for more information on how to access our general or customized résumé books. Once you are a registered employer with the Rotman Career Centre, you will have the ability through our Rotman MBA Career Portal to search and view the résumés of both our graduating students (seeking full-time employment in early August) and our first year students (looking for summer employment in early December).
Information sessions
Arrange an on-campus reception or information session any time during the school year to meet with graduating or first-year students. The main timelines for scheduling on-campus information sessions are:
- September to December: Full-Time recruitment
- January to March: Summer Internship recruitment
On-campus interviews
Meet with selected candidates in our reserved interview rooms, available for your use year-round. We can easily contact short-listed students and set up an interview schedule for you.
