It's a competitive program to enter, and by using the GMAT and other selection criteria, we are able to build a class of ambitious professionals who you will be proud to call your classmates and peers.
Your MBA journey
Designed for busy professionals, the program offers a range of learning opportunities to help you accelerate your career. In the first half of the program, you're in class from 7:00 to 8:59 am, twice a week with the Morning MBA - or from 6:30 to 8:30 pm twice a week with the Evening MBA - with weekends free to enjoy with your friends and family. In the second half of the program, choose courses and schedules that fit your career path.
With both programs, you're in class several days a month - which adds up to about 570 hours of in-person, blended and online instruction with some of the world's leading faculty.
During the recent pandemic, we transitioned our classes to online delivery. The Rotman learning experience continued to be of the highest quality, and we’ve taken the learnings from that situation: starting in fall 2021, each semester one of the 12 core MBA courses will be online. This reduces the number of times you need to commute to the building, while still providing you the opportunity to meet everyone in your cohort and build your network.

You'll be applying what you learn at work, and bringing your work challenges to the classroom. In addition, after mastering the fundamentals of the core program, you can choose from over 100 electives and 16 specializations to fully customize your MBA experience based on your interests and career goals.
