MFRM advisory board
The Master of Financial Risk Management Advisory Board seeks to raise the profile of Rotman’s MFRM program, facilitating networking and employment opportunities for students. The board consists of professionals from the finance industry, many holding senior roles in the field of risk. The board also ensure that the program meets the needs of the sector so our students are suitably skilled on graduation.
Rotman Risk Management project
A distinctive feature of MFRM is the Rotman risk management project and presentation where students consider a real risk management issue important to financial institutions and interact with senior industry professionals for feedback. The project builds on material learned during the first semester and prepares students for the courses they will take during the second semester. Students are supervised by faculty, and obtain important input from meetings with risk management professionals.
