Bio

Timothy Rowley is a Professor of Strategic Management and Organizations at Rotman as well as the Academic Director, Morning & Evening MBA and EMBA. He teaches courses in Strategic Management and Governance. Timothy’s research interests focuses on corporate governance, interorganizational cooperation and strategic alliances, social network analysis, and stakeholder and social issues management. His research has been published in
Organization Science, Academy of Management Journal, and Administrative Science Quarterly, among others.

Research and Teaching Interests

Teaches courses in Strategic Management and Governance and is the founding Academic Director of the Directors Education Program with the ICD. Research interests include corporate governance, interoganizational cooperation and strategic alliances, social network analysis, and stakeholder and social issues management.
