SUMMARY: Join us for a panel discussion featuring 3 tech entrepreneurs who will share their stories of perseverance, trial and error, survival, and success. We will cover basic and essential topics such as how they decided on what business to build, designing their product, entering the market, battling competition and expanding their business. Our panelists are all from the technology sector.


Stephany Lapierre is the founder and CEO of Tealbook. Her mission is to simplify, accelerate and improve enterprise buyer and supplier partnerships. Prior to tealbook, Stephany spent 10 years building a successful strategic sourcing and procurement consulting firm; helping Fortune 500 and emerging companies support and build best in class global procurement functions. Based on her experience, she built and launched tealbook, the only AI based supplier vendor management solution that capitalizes the investment in procurement softwares and enables the digital transformation.

Stephany is a regular guest and author of several procurement podcasts and blogs such as Art of Procurement, Buyers Meeting Point, Future of Procurement, Negotiation Ninja and Procurious. She speaks at procurement conferences on the impact of data and technology in advancing procurement. She has been recognized as an influencer by PharmaVOICE 100, won several awards as a female tech founder and for her innovative approach to using AI to improve supplier decision.

Donna Litt is Co-Founder and COO at Kiite. After graduating from the University of Toronto specializing in Archaeology, she spent a decade optimizing customer experiences and business operations in both the nonprofit and ICT sectors. As a dynamic and analytical leader, she has owned a wide array of functions - from customer development and retention, to recruiting and compliance. With her first novel published in 2018, Donna is a STEAM evangelist with today’s youth. She invests in helping women educated in non-technology related fields find success in Canada’s growing ICT sector.

Caitlin MacGregor is the CEO of She has always been passionate about identifying people's potential. That's why, after building two business for other people, she founded Plum. Plum quantifies human potential through the power of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and AI, creating agile enterprises and successful employees by matching people to jobs where they thrive. Caitlin is particularly passionate about supporting women to reach their full potential; she's a regular speaker at women entrepreneur events and a champion of #movethedial, an initiative dedicated to increasing the leadership of women in tech. Caitlin was selected by Springboard Enterprises NYC as one of the top 10 businesses led by women.
