Synopsis: The theme of the Winter 2020 issue of Rotman Management Magazine is Creative Destruction.

Everywhere we look, digital technologies and innovative business models are transforming organizations. And as Joseph Schumpeter warned long ago, whenever such creative destruction occurs, there are winners and losers. But as these four contributors to the issue show, ironically, technology might actually make us all more human — by freeing us up to be more creative, empathetic, and innovative. Join us for TED-style talks by four contributors as we launch the Winter issue.
