Bio

Anny Fong teaches Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources courses at the University of Toronto. She has taught courses at the Rotman School of Management, Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources, and in the Faculty of Engineering & Applied Science.

Anny brings almost two decades of industry experience across software development, banking operations, project and program management, executive communications, strategy, and consulting. Anny has extensive experience spearheading transformational change programs in large organizations. She is recognized in industry for her thought leadership and change management capabilities.

Anny holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, and a Master of Laws from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
