Leading a Remote Workforce: Creating Cohesion During a Crisis

Thursday, April 9, 12-1pm EDT

Professor Geoff Leonardelli, an expert in team dynamics, will join Dean Tiff Macklem to share insights on how leaders can maintain team unity and cohesion in a crisis. As a newly remote workforce adapts, colleagues lose many of the cues they’ve come to rely on from in-person contact. From his research on leading teams, Leonardelli will explore how leaders can monitor the well-being of their teams with this sudden shift to remote work and outline which dynamics will likely remain the same or change.
