Linda is a professional coach, facilitator and organizational development consultant with a passion for creating cultures where people can do the best work of their lives.
Linda has held several senior management roles over the past 15 years. Most recently, she was Head of Organizational Development and Learning at Capital One, where she focused on leadership, engagement and change management. Prior to that, Linda was the Executive Director/Vice-President Academic & Research at the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre, where she revitalized the Gail Appel Institute, and was a member of the executive team responsible for Treatment Centre merger readiness. Prior to that she held senior roles in the banking and software industries.
Linda holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing/Finance. She is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and holds several certifications in organizational development including a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessor and Connor Partners People Change Management Practitioner. Linda also serves on two not-for-profit boards, in the arts and the child development sector and is a mentor in the Mentoring Women in Business programme of Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.
