The Capital Markets Institute is a catalyst for increasing efficiency and resilience in Canada's capital markets. Bringing together the expertise of Rotman and the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law, the CMI is at the forefront of research, debate and education on the most important challenges facing Canadian capital markets. CMI’s activities focus on four areas: Financial Innovation; Governance; Disclosure; and Securities Regulation Reform.
