Data compiled by the Johnston Centre is featured front and center in the latest issue of Report on Business Magazine.  Dawn Calleja’s article, It’s 2019. Where are all the women in corporate Canada? shows that, while there has been a lot of progress on improving the gender diversity of corporate boards since 2008, it has been incremental and slow.  Women now represent 24% of directors on the S&P/TSX Composite Index, up from 10% a decade ago, but reaching parity will take a lot more work. The article features some of corporate Canada’s most influential women, who provide their unique and insightful perspectives on gender diversity progress and what may help corporations reach equality at the top.
