Stefanie Schram coaches, advises and speaks to senior leaders of non-profits, start-ups and Fortune 500 companies to develop winning, customer-centered strategies. She was part of the core team who collaborated with sought after strategist and author, Roger Martin, to develop the Playing to Win Toolkit for Harvard Business Publishing.
Previously, Stefanie was the Associate Director at Rotman DesignWorks, the business design studio. Here, she taught, designed curriculum for and mentored top talent in the Masters program. She was also the Director of Intervention Design at the Martin Prosperity Institute where she led the design thinking initiative, collaborating with thought partners to advance the discipline. Stefanie has spoken at TEDx, The Conference Board of Canada and has written for Globe & Mail and Rotman Magazine.
She is a lecturer at the Rotman School of Management focusing on strategy and design. She holds an MBA from Rotman and is a registered corporate coach.
