MBA Intern, Mount Sinai Hospital - Ethan spent his summer internship as an MBA Intern in Sinai Health System’s Organizational Development and Strategic Projects group. He worked on four projects across a wide range of departments, including:

  • Digital marketing strategies for the hospital’s rehabilitation and wellbeing clinic
  • Technology and process improvements for a team of clerical staff in the department of medical imaging
  • Designing the metrics and user interface for a dashboard reporting tool that will be used to improve operational efficiencies
