Rotman’s approach to needs assessment is simple – we listen, understand and get to know your organization. It is consultative and iterative process that involves extensive one-on-one communication with our faculty to ensure we understand your unique goals and challenges.

3. Delivery
Based on the unique
needs of your organization

Your customized program can be delivered at the Rotman School or at the location of your choice. These can range from two-three day intensives, to lengthy multi-modular programs, to a series of one-day workshops. Always supported by our highly trained and service-oriented staff.

We create and develop with you 

Through a consultative and collaborative needs-assessment process, academic directors and program developers analyze actual and desired performance levels in your organization. We work with you to craft a unique program perfectly suited to meet your organization's needs. Programs are taught and facilitated by Rotman faculty and industry thought leaders, bringing together the best knowledge, the most effective teaching methods and a wealth of real-life, real-time experience to help your organization succeed in a challenging and competitive economy.
