Professional Certificate in Coaching

Executive coaching has become a significant and influential part of the learning and development strategy for major organizations around the world. This triple-accredited programme will appeal to leaders, managers, and coaches wishing to improve their personal coaching skills while gaining a professional qualification from an internationally respected business school.

In partnership with the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, this program aims to create resilient coaches able to perform effectively in a wide range of scenarios. Our in-person workshops will provide valuable time to practice new coaching skills and reflection.

Enjoy seven in-class days combined with online and at-work assignments completed over a nine-month period. The program includes:

  • In-person opportunities to practice and experiment with different approaches and tools to find which work best for you
  • Ongoing feedback, coaching supervision and mentor coaching to support the development of your skills and confidence
  • A quality assurance statement of coaching training from a global business school
