Adjunct Professor, Organizational Behaviour and HR Management, Rotman School of Management
Hugh Arnold divides his professional time between teaching executives at business schools in Canada and the UK and his consulting practice through Hugh Arnold Associates Limited specializing in leadership and organization. Dr. Arnold is Adjunct Professor of Management at the Rotman School at the University of Toronto. Dr. Arnold was previously Magna International Professor of Business Strategy and Dean of the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He has published extensively in the leading scholarly journals and has written several books in the McGraw-Hill Series in Management. He has served on the editorial boards of The Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Dynamics and the Asia-Pacific Journal of Economics and Business.

Rotman program design combines in-class learning, case discussions, and online simulations. You will also have the opportunity to tackle current leadership challenges together with other class members in personal advisory boards throughout the week. This mix of activities creates opportunities for you to increase your self-awareness, develop meaningful plans for personal change, and close the gap between understanding and action.
Many participants form life-long networks during their time at Rotman. Each application is reviewed by Rotman’s admissions committee to ensure participants have the appropriate academic and work experience.
Payment and Fee Reduction
Payments can be made online. A deposit of 50% of the program fee (or $4,000 for programs over $8,000) is required at time of application. If the full fee is not paid at the time of application, the balance of the program fee is due 30 days after receipt of invoice or 30 days before program start date, whichever is first. Fees will be refunded to those not accepted into the program.
Rotman Executive Program graduates and Rotman alumni are eligible for a 25% discount on this program. Discounts cannot be combined but we will honour the greater discount amount towards the program fee. For more information on additional discounts, visit RotmanExecutive.com/Discounts.
