Rotman Behaviourally Informed Strategy
Go beyond nudging and apply behavioural insights to strategy design, decision-making and execution.
Despite a growing awareness of behavioural insights, executives still struggle to set strategy that accounts for tendencies to deviate from rational predictions. Whether it's product launches, acquisitions or the introduction of new technology, applying behavioural insights to create strategy can dramatically increase the success of adoption and mitigate risk. This program goes beyond an introduction to nudges and choice architecture to help executives expand behavioural insights into strategy design, decision-making and execution.
Learn from practitioners in the private and public sectors through case studies, and discussions. Our expert instructors will ensure you apply lessons to your own organization and leave with a road map to embed behavioural strategy in your formal processes.
